In this guided Friday evening session, participants will learn welding safety, machine setup, and basic technique while completing a small take-home project. Advance registration required. Closed-toe shoes, long pants, and cotton long sleeves required. Minimum 4 participants.

In this class, you’ll learn how to transform apple juice or fresh-pressed cider into a flavorful, naturally fermented drink. We’ll cover yeast selection, fermentation basics, flavor variations, carbonation options, and bottling techniques. You’ll also learn how to adjust sweetness and alcohol levels to suit your taste. Whether you’re working with store-bought juice or apples from your own trees, this class will show you how to produce consistent, high-quality cider at home.
